In my opinion, the most consisently successful lure for the WavePark fishing grounds has to be the red head/white body RAPALA.  There are 3 sizes of this lure, and all three work great out here.  The lure tends to decrease in effectiveness as the metal rusts, but the hooks are replaceable.  Another good color for RAPALA is the blue and green with silver on the bottom.  The blue tends to work better during the day for trawling back from surf spots, and the red and white tends to work better in the evening, when the light is lower.   RAPALA brand lures are available at most decent fishing supply shops.  Beware of fakes, there is only one RAPALA.

Although not as consisently successful, our H2O PRO lures have afforded us our most spectacular catches, including - in 2007 - the barracuda that almost broke records, and the biggest wahoo catch in our history.  The lures are designed and manufactured by a friend and guest of WavePark's living in Hong Kong, which makes the successes of the lures that much sweeter.  His lures are soon coming to a store near you, as his brand branches out internationally.  With a huge selection of squid type trawling lures, reels, rods and accessories, H2O PRO is available online to anybody.
